The purpose of the committee is to carry the message of recovery to the still suffering addict by organizing a retreat that provides an atmosphere of recovery, unity, and spiritual growth. The retreat is held biannually at the Strathcona Wilderness Center on the third weekends of February and September.

The next Retreat is scheduled for September 20, 21 and 22, 2013.
